How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Cut-off time is every Friday at 3:00PM (EST)
After processing, delivery typically takes 5 to 13 business days. In total, you can expect your order within 6 to 15 business days after placing it. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What happens if my bag arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, no return shipping required.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For our full Return & Refund Policy, visit the page here.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Use the return portal linked in your order confirmation email, or contact us with your order number.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Domestic return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different color or style?
Yes. Request an exchange via email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is it safe to enter my payment details on your site?
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted and we never store your full card details on our servers.
Do you offer payment plans (Klarna, Afterpay, etc.)?
At this time we don't offer payment plans such as Afterpay and Klarna.
How do I create or manage my account?
Create an account at checkout or from the account icon in the top menu. From there you can track orders, save addresses, and view return history.
